Phil Reid Associates was established in November 2008 by Phil Reid, a well-known office and business space specialist based in Glasgow but also active in several other commercial property sectors and in Scotland’s other main conurbations.
Located in Glasgow City Centre, my clients benefit from my wealth of experience and contacts in order to achieve the best possible solution-based results.
My specialisms are office agency and investment but I welcome instructions from all property sectors, being able to draw on an exceptionally strong team of experienced associates and partner organisations that fulfil retail, hotel and other requirements.
I offer up-to-the-minute, market-facing and realistic advice, whilst also ensuring that my clients’ organisations and projects maintain momentum.

Phil Reid has 30 years’ market experience, gained through board-level positions at global real estate consultancy firms in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen and brings significant expertise and experience to project teams.
