Costar Glasgow Office Deal of the Year for CONNECT110NS

Phil Reid of PRA was delighted to accept the Costar Glasgow Office Deal of the Year on behalf of BAM Properties for the 55,000 sq ft ACCA letting at the CONNECT110NS 110 Queen Street major office development.

Following on from lettings to Brodies, Deloitte, WSP, DWF and grant Thornton, this transaction completed the letting of the whole 143,000 sq ft less than 9 months from completion. The final letting deal brought to an end Phil’s five year involvement which started with advising on the site acquisition.
