Having sold their large site in east Glasgow, the home of the business for many years PRA were appointed to secure and negotiate the acquisition of a prominent city centre office. This high value business wanted decent quality but cost effective space and within a few weeks. The challenge was met with the securing of market of a ground floor office of 1500 sq ft with its own entrance.
